Obverse: Standing Liberty, looking over her left shoulder right breast covered by chainmail, holding a shield in the left hand and an olive branch in the right, 13 stars on the sides.

Engraver: Hermon Atkins MacNeil.

Reverse: Eagle flying right, ten stars to either side, three stars below.
